Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database) with encryption at rest and in transit. Sensor data from your garden is transmitted over encrypted WiFi connections and stored on our monitoring systems.

We use session cookies for authentication in the client portal. These are strictly necessary cookies — we do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years. Client garden data is retained for the duration of our service relationship and for 1 year after service ends, unless you request earlier deletion.
